Kelley Blue Book Image Awards have named their recipients.
There are 13 categories that are broken up into non-luxury, luxury, and truck
segments that more than 12,000 shoppers on KBB.com responded to over the past
The categories have been updated this year with new ones
making their debut and others retiring. BMW won the ‘Best Overall Luxury Brand’
this year, something that many knew would happen. BMW has always been
top-of-the-line in luxury. However, BMW didn’t win any of the individual Luxury
Brand awards, but it took home an important one.
BMW has a well-rounded image that appeals to young and old
demographics. They have sportier vehicles and showy vehicles. BMW has something
for every luxury driver there is. Their most popular is of course, the 3
Series. Smaller than the 5 Series but still efficient and sporty, makes it one
of the top sold luxury cars in the world.
President and CEO of BMW of North America, Ludwig Willisch,
stated “It is an honor to be recognized as the ‘Best Overall Luxury Brand’. The
fact that this award is based solely on consumer perception only makes BMW’s
win that much more satisfying”.
